Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow are irritation of the tendons where the forearm muscles attach to the elbow: on the outside for tennis elbow, on the inside for golfer's elbow. Despite the names, most cases come from repetitive gripping, lifting or twisting at work or around the house. The pain is usually felt when gripping or lifting and can spread down the forearm. Laser therapy and soft-tissue work can help calm the tendon and restore comfortable use of the arm. Read their experiences below.
