I originally hurt my back in a parachuting mishap in the military back in 1949. All our activity required us to be loaded up with equipment. I had a shovel strapped across the small of my back just above my belt. Falling a little to fast, I had to do a rear roll on landing to smooth out my fall. That was when the shovel jammed into my low back. It laid me out so badly a couple of my buddies had to get me up and carry my equipment as we moved out. I managed to see my MO (Medical Officer) where he said I was fine. Suffering with pain over many months I eventually ended up in hospital for back surgery for a herniated disc. Unfortunately this was the end of my military career. Almost 50 years later, I was still having a nagging pain in my lower back every time I had to bend over working around the house. I saw an ad in the paper about Laser Therapy and decided to give it a try. I had 11 laser treatments at LaserHealth Solutions. Wow, this has helped me a lot. Sure I have a little bit of pain some times but overall I feel much better. I am able to bend again with out worry.

I had been dealing with a quadriceps insert partial tear on my left knee for about 5 months. The injury was caused by a rough landing on my left leg while paragliding. My therapies before were ice, NSAID's, rest and heat. I even tried prolotherapy, with slow progress. Over my recovery period, my biggest pain was when sitting down with a bent knee. I was also missing out on my Tae Kwon Do training. I found that after starting Laser Therapy, I noticed big changes after about 3 sessions. I was feeling less pain and able to apply more force on my knee after one week of Laser Therapy than with the previous 5 months of conventional treatment! I will be using Laser Therapy for my treatment when it makes sense in the future!

I came with plantar fasciitis which would make my left foot ache for no particular reason at all. If I rested it, it would start aching. If I went for a walk, it would ache. It would ache for no particular rhyme or reason. After 12 treatments this has considerably improved. With the exercises given to me, I am hoping to be completely free of the sore feet.

I am a 41 year old computer programmer and athlete who has had a shoulder problem for about five years. The pain was progressively getting worse with repetitive use. I had physiotherapy on my shoulder, and went to the chiropractor for it. Physio and Chiropractic treatment gave me temporary relief. Eventually the pain in my shoulder was intolerable. I would get stabbing pain in the front part of my shoulder, and severe aching in my shoulder when I used my keyboard or mouse at work. When I was playing volleyball, overhand serving and spiking became impossible. Other activities like yoga and weights were also irritating my shoulder. I saw an ad for Laser Therapy at LaserHealth Solutions in the paper, and thought it would be worth a try. I had twelve sessions which ended in September 28. Since then, I have noticed a tremendous improvement with my shoulder pain. It rarely bothers me to key or mouse at work. Also, I started to play volleyball twice a week in November 28, and I can overhand serve and spike again with little to no pain. I do not have the power I used to have, but it is definitely coming back. I am hoping to go back to LaserHealth Solutions in 29 for more Laser Therapy on other parts of my body. I do think the Laser Therapy provided permanent relief for my shoulder.

Before coming to LaserHealth Solutions I could barely walk. The only time I would get out and walk was to get my groceries. I would also get a lot of pain at night which would keep me up and make it hard to get a good night sleep.

I decided to try Laser Therapy and I am glad that I did. I started to notice the improvement sooner than expected around my 3rd or 4th treatment. Before I couldn't even turn or rotate my ankle but now I can. I am now walking and sleeping much better as my ankle feels about 90% better overall. I am very thankful for how the therapy has improved my ankle and I am now having treatment for my knee.

Four months ago when I was on my trip to Quebec City, I developed severe leg pain as I did a lot of walking around and there were also lots of stairs. I had to use a wheel chair to get off the plane as the pain was so bad. My doctor sent me to different treatments which did not work. My doctor then sent me to LaserHealth Solutions where I was treated very well. I met very nice people and the Laser Therapy has helped. I am happy I can walk again.

I was suffering for 3 days with left shoulder pain when I first came in to see Dr. Rob at LaserHealth Solutions. The acute pain was so intense that it limited my movement in most directions and sleeping was horrible. Advil didn't help at all. Because it was an acute injury they suggested 3 - 6 treatments. After my second the pain was almost gone. After my third, the pain was eliminated and I had full range of motion again.

I had pain in my shoulder for about 7 months before my first appointment at LaserHealth Solutions. I was unable to sleep on my left side and had difficulty golfing. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Fybromyalgia. Over the years I have had pain throughout my body. Some of that pain was in my upper back. This was the most intense area of pain and the pain and stiffness in this area caused me to have not only a sore back all the time but headaches on a daily basis. I could not lie on my back for more than five minutes without getting a headache or having a lot of pain in my back. I have tried many different ways to alleviate this pain over the years, including, heat, cold, topical ointments, prescription drugs, etc. but nothing would last so I decided to try LaserHealth Solutions. After the first couple of treatments I started to notice a marked improvement. By about the fourth treatment I noticed I wasn't waking up with a headache every morning and my back pain had lessened considerably. I went for a total of nine 45 minute treatments and I do not have pain in my upper back. Also it is nice to be able to lie down on my back again. I came here after much procrastination but the pain in my right hip came to the point in which I couldn't walk up stairs. Ten treatments later there was pain still there but not as much. About 3 weeks later NO PAIN, I was amazed. That was over 2 years ago and it hasn't come back. I became an instant convert to laser treatments and I tell everyone about the success.

It is March 2009 now and I have just finished treatments for Plantar Fasciitis. After 10 treatments the pain is almost gone and I look forward to pain free feet.

If I had known 2½ years ago, about Laser Therapy for Plantar Fasciitis, instead of listening to my podiatrist, I would have saved myself a lot of pain. I was told that I would have to wear orthotics and just live with the pain. The problem is the pain was getting worse. Some days it was all I could do to get through the day. It was affecting my quality of life. My husband was listening to the radio and heard about LaserHealth Solutions and suggested I go. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Dr. Rob explained the procedure and how it would repair the tissues that were damaged. After 4 sessions I could feel the difference. After years of chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy appointments, and specialized exercise and stretching regimens, I had become reconciled to periods of relative pain free activity followed by some sort of innocent activity that would aggravate my whole condition: turning suddenly, bending over to tie my shoes, getting up from the couch, sleeping the wrong way'. This last time I felt a wrenching crunch that went down my right buttock and into my leg while lifting a box that couldn't have weighed more than 5 kilograms. I was hobbling around like a one legged pirate! It even hurt to sneeze or cough. I made my first appointment after discovering this website on-line. The treatments themselves felt as if I had received an adjustment or massage and, improvement for me, was pretty much immediate. I've even started going back to the gym for some light workouts. 8 months ago, pain began in my heel. I took a lot of medicine, I wear orthotics in my shoes but there was no change, the pain was getting worse. Then, 3 months ago, I came to Laser Therapy. Ten treatments later and I didn't feel much change, but after 10 more treatments my heel was much better. Now after 22 treatments my pain is gone, I'm so happy, I can walk again! I had been experiencing pain in my left foot for nearly two years. The pain was to the point where I had given up my favorite evening walks and was unable to sleep properly at night as I would be awakened by this burning pain in my foot.

After just a week of Laser Therapy and three treatments, I was able to sleep through the night and walk without fear of further pain.

Laser therapy has been a blessing to me as I spend many hours on my feet each day and it is so nice to do so without pain.

I was told about Laser Therapy from a friend who had had it done on her neck. I had been suffering with Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot for about 5 or 6 years since I had been pregnant with my son. I saw Dr. Tova and he signed me up. I did about 12 or 13 sessions of Laser Therapy and finally after so many years I was pain free. After about a year and a half I got Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot so I did 15 sessions on that with the help of orthotics chich I had made through the office once again I was pain free! Dr. Rob and his team are an awesome group of people who really listen and try their absolute best to find a solution to your problem. Laser is easy to do and highly effective. Thanks everybody.

I want to relate to you the wonderful results that I have experienced as a result of undergoing your therapy.

I came to you with two very different problems: extensive soft tissue damage to my ankle as a result of a chipped bone in my foot and sciatica.

First the ankle. There was little pain while simply standing or walking, but I meditate for an hour a day and prefer to sit in full lotus for as much of that hour as possible. Before breaking my foot I could sit for 45 minutes or more. After breaking it I could not sit in lotus at all and by the time I came to your clinic I could sit only 5-1 seconds at a time. After 4 sessions I was sitting 18-2 minutes and after all my sessions I am back to sitting 3 minutes at a stretch and I can see that is continuing to improve.

I had been dealing with my sciatica for a couple of years when I heard about LaserHealth Solutions from Dr. Peter Thornton. I had tried chiropractic with very little result. I then tried acupuncture which reduced my discomfort by about half, but there was no further improvement.

It would affect me most when lying down which prevented me from lying on my back or remaining asleep for an entire night. Upon arising there would be severe lower back and leg pain and weakness in the affected leg.

After only a few treatments I noticed a marked improvement and was able to stay asleep all night long. After the full set of treatments my condition is 98% improved and there are even days when I forget that I have sciatica. On the days when I am aware of it, it is only a very mild twinge that passes almost as soon as it arises. I continue to do the stretches you showed me and I am confident that I will be completely free of discomfort shortly.

The staff was expert and attentive. Notes taken by one were followed and understood by whomever had me on any particular day.

I awoke Easter Sunday with unbearable pain running down my left arm, constant and in waves. On Monday I went into a medical walk in clinic as I couldn't wait to see my family doctor as the pain was so intense. I was given 2 painkillers and a recommendation to receive physiotherapy treatment. I went to physiotherapy 4 times but did not get much relief and I didn't want to be on pain killers because of the side effects. I remembered the ad in the local paper concerning laser treatment and I came to LaserHealth Solutions. I really started to feel the effects of pain relief after 4-5 sessions. I remained on Turmeric pills (natural anti-inflammatory) for a couple of days and stopped them as well. My pain is no more and I only have some numbness at the tip of my left index finger. I injured my right side of the lower back and pelvis from falling off a horse. I had acute pain on the lower back muscle and the buttock area and I could not walk with my back straight; sitting down and getting up from a chair was a big challenge and not to mention putting on my pants without sharp pain. I had very little flexibility since. The doctor from the emergence center told me that I had neither broken bone nor hair line fracture on my spine, and he prescribed me Advil and ice pack and send me home.

I appreciated Suzanne at LaserHealth Solutions allowing me to see Blaine right away. I was told that my pelvic was rotated outward and a few vertebrates were also twisted due to damaged soft tissues and tight muscles and tendons. After EIGHT Laser treatments and various stretching adjustment in 15 days - two weeks, I recovered 90%. Now, I'll be able to drive, dancing and walk with my back straight.

I am 69 years old and I hurt my back lifting a suitcase preparing for a visit to the USA. I was unable to stand, sit or lie down and was in great pain. I am apprehensive of taking pain killers as I had donated one kidney a few years back and don't want to risk losing the one I have. I tried some ointment and heat fomentation but it did not work.

My son saw the advertisement in the Now' newspaper and we decided to try the treatment. After six sittings I did not regret coming to see Dr. Rob. After ten sittings I have no pain at all and am feeling absolutely normal and am planning to retake my visit.
