In 1984 I injured my left elbow in an industrial accident and developed arthritis in it. I also had scar tissue and tissue damage. I'm 80 years old. I had a left shoulder injury in 1967. Slowly I couldn't raise my arm higher then my shoulder. They called it frozen shoulder I went to a medical professional who told me to get use to it, it would only get worse. In the last 3 years my right shoulder give me some trouble including pain. My family doctor recommended personalized orthotics which I purchased. These initially appeared to alleviate the symptoms somewhat, but over time the symptoms became worse. Hello, my name is Ken, I had been suffering with back pain due to an industrial accident that happened to me. I was working as a mechanic and standing underneath a car on a hoist, when the hoist collapsed the car crashed to the ground the impact knocked me out from under the hoist and car. But what happened was the impact tore the ligaments off the right side of my spine of three vertebra's. The doctors fused my spine together with two rods and screws to keep it secure. The challenge was that part doesn't move so above and below moves a lot and was constant pain. I was constantly going for massage to break down the amazing amount of scar tissue.

I heard an ad on QR77 and decided, Why not, it's covered.. I was doubtful and skeptical that a laser would help my situation out. My name is C.G. I was 15 when I started at Laser Health Clinic, I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at The Childrens Hospital, their idea of help was sending me to a therapist to learn how to deal with the pain and no other solutions this was after I had being seeing the Dr. weekly for over a year.

The Dr's had put me on steroids, painkillers, sleeping pills and muscle relaxants to help deal with the pain. I went from being an active 13 year old who danced, was on the volleyball team and the track team, to the teen who laid in bed for hours on end and missed school due to the pain and the inability to sleep. I missed school, hanging out with my friends in general just doing teen things, but I really missed dancing and volleyball. I just hurt too much to do anything other than lay around and that didn't even help.

My parents had taken me to Phoenix to see a homeopathic Dr, I had already seen one in Calgary and that didn't help, we were also planning another trip to Palm Springs to a clinic to see if they could help at all. I injured my shoulders while struggling to pull my top over my head! Both my left and right shoulders were injured. This occurred in March and as the pain progressed I decided to go to my doctor in June. He did not diagnose it as frozen shoulder and did not examine me. I then went to my chiropractor. He was well exposed to sports injuries and had helped me and my husband in the past. He did not diagnose it as frozen shoulder and recommended heat. My range of motion and pain increased exponentially and by August I returned to my chiropractor's office and saw his colleague. This second chiropractor diagnosed me with frozen shoulder immediately. Aggressive treatments were scheduled twice a week. One treatment was too tightly wrap my right shoulder with a deflated bicycle tire; strangling circulation in order to temporarily slow circulation and then abruptly release the pressure. This was to encourage a burst of circulation. This treatment was accompanied by scraping the shoulder with a metal instrument. My second visit of the week was with his colleague who applied acupuncture. Although some treatments were incredibly painful I gained only minor temporary relief over a 4 week period. They encouraged me to return to my GP and request cortisone shots in both shoulders. My GP refused to do so without an x-ray. The x-ray did not reveal anything. My mobility was so impaired that they could not position my shoulder to get a good image.

My right shoulder became completely frozen and my left one was becoming progressively more painful and limited. I was restricted to performing only necessary daily activities. The pain was persistent throughout such activities as; showering, washing my hair, drying my hair, dressing, driving, computer work, walking (with my arms down), lying down and sleeping. Pain was now a part of every day and night.

While doing errands on a Saturday, as store clerk noted that I was in pain and unprompted, told me she was bed ridden, unable to work for 18 months. She found relief at LaserHealth Solutions. My husband and I drove to LaserHealth Solutions immediately in the hopes that they would be open. I had a severe tendonitis in my wrist which compromised my ability to do just about everything. I couldn't butter toast or cut a sandwich in half. I couldn't clean my house or make meals for my family. I just could not use my right hand at all. My family doctor had me try medication and then physio. Neither helped. Then I had my right arm placed in a cast for a month with the thought complete rest would help. Once the cast was removed it seemed nothing was going to help me… in fact my wrist was worse. I said to my doctor surely I am not expected to live like this for the rest of my life. Finally he suggested I try laser! I am a registered nurse and believe in the conventional methods of medicine but at this point I was willing to try anything. I actually believed surgery was eventually going to happen. My plantar fasciitis was painful. I dreaded getting up from a lying or sitting position because I knew what was in store for me. Pain. With every step. I sought relief through physiotherapy and acupuncture but neither seemed to work. Then I saw an ad in the newspaper for laser therapy and visited the website. In January 2014 I hurt my left shoulder doing an agressive yoga pose. In March of that same year, an ultrasound reveiled that I had bursitis and I torn the tendon of the supraspinatus and subscapularis muscles. This injury rendered my shoulder and left arm as a painful thing that hung lifelessly on the left side of my body.

I was not able to work at a computer, do my normal daily chores, shower myself and worse yet was that I was not able to instruct correctly in a yoga class and that I was unable to sleep due to the intense level of pain. The injury was totally debilitating and had lasting effects.

I went to many forms of treatment that were available in Western Australia (really any form that I could think of) I tried everything regardless of how obscure or how alternative the treatments were. I finally gave in and tried antiimflamatories and cortisone injections.

**Nothing worked!!!!**

I was invited to Canada for a wedding of a close friend, but due to my loss of income (because of the shoulder injury) I couldn't afford the trip and so I declined. My daughter then arranged for me to go, because there was the opportunity of trialling a different style of treatment, Onsen Therapy and Laser Therapy. (Neither treatments are available in Perth)

I had been in pain and couldn't move my arm in any direction more than 2 inches for 7 months. Five 30 minute treatments later and my arm was mobile again.

Since returning (now 45 days) my shoulder is now pain free, my arm gains more mobility every day. I am now fully functional and am working, teaching and sleeping.

I first heard about LaserHealth Solutions from a friend. I came in for my feet. They were really sore for almost 4 years. I was at my wits end. After about 8 visits over a span of 2 months my foot pain was gone. Two years later my right shoulder started to act up enough to motivate me to seek treatment. Now to be honest this was bothering me off and on for the past 2 years. This time it got so bad I had weakness, numbness in my arm and I had reduced mobility which kept me awake a lot at night. I want to let you know about my extraordinary experience with Laser Health.

My back had been sore on my left side for more than a year. I am very aware of my physical health, so I went looking for a practitioner that could help me. I tried massage, energy healing, and anything else I could find that might help like inflammation reducing creams. Nothing seemed to work. As the months rolled on the soreness became more acute such that I was in pain all day every day. This became very frustrating because I have a yoga practice six times a week and I walk several miles a week.

Listening to the radio, I heard Dave Rutherford advertising for Laser Health. Frankly, I was very skeptical. I heard the ad several times over a few months. Finally I called for an appointment because I just had no where to turn and I thought, “what could I lose" I had already run out of options.
